iMAL prevents alienation by helping all pupils learn to read. With iMAL's fully digital solution, the schools gain insight into the students' knowledge of letters and the students receive customized reading and writing tasks - based on multisensory learning.

Atlas Kompetanse prevents alienation among children and young people with minority backgrounds by offering multilingual services to the municipality.

Lydfarge is an educational and innovative tool for use in reading and writing training for children in primary school. The method is also used in Norwegian education, for both children and adults. It is particularly suitable for people with reading and writing difficulties in all age groups.

Kjør for livet is a leisure and activity offer for children and young people with life challenges. The aim is to increase school participation and reduce dropouts. The company uses a club concept with motorsport as a starting point to give children and young people positive experiences, mastery and increased social skills.

Pøbelprosjektet aims to get young people who are outside school and work into work or education. The company offers a six-week course in the rules of working life, and consists of a number of practical exercises. Through the Pøbel project's network of employers, the participants are guaranteed a job if they follow the rules about being punctual and staying healthy and drug-free.

Lyk-z & døtre helps young people who have dropped out of school and work to find their inherent qualities and unique abilities - and to quickly return to school, work or education. FROG Online Identity combines workshops and a web-based learning tool (LMS). The program runs over 25 days spread over seven weeks, in groups of 9-12 participants. The offer is aimed at two age groups: 13–17 years and 18 years and older.

Trivselsleder promotes a positive school environment by encouraging more activity and reducing bullying during recess. Through the program, pupils in grades 4-10 are trained to take on extra responsibility in making sure everyone is included in play. These students become well-being leaders, working to engage their peers in activities in the schoolyard. The program fosters more diverse play and helps reduce conflicts among pupils.

Lærervikaren is a digital teaching solution designed to enhance student learning during substitute-led classes. Developed and quality-assured by educational experts, the material is tailored to the competency goals set by the Norwegian Directorate for Education. This solution not only reduces administrative costs but also improves the flexibility and quality of substitute teaching. Additionally, it provides better job opportunities for substitute teachers.

Seema AS is a consulting company that creates positive social effects by strengthening companies' ability to manage diversity. The company also helps to get more women with a multicultural background and high education into management and middle management positions through a talent programme. This initiative, called SeeTalent, was established as an independent association in 2019.

Monsterbedriften is a demolition and decontamination company that hires individuals who face barriers to entering the traditional workforce. The company provides paid employment, a supportive work environment, trust, guidance, and clear structures - aiming to empower people towards independent and sustainable lives.

Forandringsfabrikken is a knowledge center that works to change schools and support systems in collaboration with children and young people. The goal is for systems and measures around children and young people to be as useful, dignified and effective as possible. The foundation collaborates with schools, mental health services, child protection, mental health care and correctional services.

Gladiator GT aimed to promote increased physical activity and academic learning in children through the use of Aball1, a tool that combines physical movement with educational tasks. This interactive learning tool merges academic learning with fun, collaborative problem-solving. In Norway, Aball1 is used in schools across all subjects and in asylum centers for teaching newly arrived children and adults. After several years of collaboration, Gladiator GT became part of the Trivselsleder in 2019.

Asfalt is a street magazine in Rogaland, sold by individuals with a history of substance use and those facing challenging life situations. The magazine aims to provide people with a dignified way to earn an income, helping to boost self-esteem and foster a sense of belonging. Sellers purchase the magazine and resell it, keeping the profit as their wage. Asfalt is owned and operated by the Gatemagasinet Foundation in Rogaland.

Ungt Entreprenørskap is a nationwide non-profit organization that inspires young people to think creatively and generate value. It helps children and youth understand entrepreneurship and innovation by guiding them through the creation of student-run businesses at various educational levels—student companies in middle school, youth enterprises in high school, and university-level startups. The goal is to foster entrepreneurship in society and encourage more people to create their own jobs.
