Ferd strives to maintain a transparent business environment and high business ethics. We value the safety and respect of everyone affected by our business.
Whistleblowing reporting is an important source of information so that Ferd can uncover fraud and ethical breaches and that the issue can be followed up properly. Early reporting of potential ethical breaches gives us the opportunity to quickly act to the problem, so that consequences for the company, employees, business relations and the public are minimized.
Primarily, we encourage you to contact the management in Ferd. If you wish to remain anonymous, we offer a channel for anonymous reporting.
Whistleblowing can be used to inform about a concern about something that is not in line with our values and ethical code, and that may seriously affect our organisation or a person’s life or health. You do not need proof of your suspicions, but all messages must be made in good faith.
For workplace-related issues or complaints, we ask you to please contact your immediate leader in Ferd.
The whistleblowing service is provided by an external partner Simployer&frankly to ensure anonymity. The communication channel is encrypted and password-protected. All messages will be processed in confidence.
A report can be submitted by following the instructions at the site Simployer &frankly – Whistleblower (andfrankly.com). When you submit, you will get a personal ID and a password on the screen. These must be stored in a secure manner. You will remain anonymous throughout this dialogue.
