Payment by results

Established in 2023, the fund focuses specifically on social outcome contracts in the Nordics, primarily in Sweden. This is a contractual model where a specific set of services or activities are financed by Utfallsfonden, and where public entities pay only if and when measurable results are achieved. This ensures effective use of resources and tangible outcomes.

Effective and scalable interventions

The fund’s first investments include preventive initiatives for seniors, evidence-based therapies for youth with behavioral challenges, and programs in schools aimed at improving students’ reading abilities and learning outcomes. Utfallsfonden provides long-term funding, analytical expertise, and knowledge to help introduce and scale innovative methods, preventive measures, and new technologies. The ultimate goal is for more people to experience a safe childhood, succeed in school, enter the workforce, live healthier lives, and enjoy a dignified old age.

Success through collaboration

Utfallsfonden was founded by Joachim Werr, Jenny Carenco, and Johan Fredriksson. The fund closely collaborates with public sector organizations, businesses, and civil society to achieve sustainable results—socially, economically, and societally.
