We recognise Ferd’s investments at fair value. This means that the group reports its performance in terms of value-adjusted equity.

Ferd’s value-adjusted equity has grown from NOK 6 billion at its launch in 2001 to around NOK 35 billion today, which is equivalent to an annual return of 10.2%.

Ferd’s value-adjusted equity at the end of 2019 was NOK 35.0 billion. In 2019 Ferd as a whole achieved a return on value-adjusted equity of 12.2%. All the group’s business unitss delivered a positive return for the year of over 10%.
