The Norwegian\u202fgovernment\u202fhas announced plans to build up to 4.5 gigawatts from both floating and bottom-fixed wind turbines, and the licensing rounds are expected to take place within 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Helene Bistr\u00f6m Head of BA Wind Vattenfall says: \u201cNorway is an attractive market to us with huge wind resources and we are delighted to see the growing support from the Norwegian government.
