Overall, there was a positive return for both the privately owned and the listed investments. The portfolio of listed investments had a return of NOK 2.6 billion, corresponding to 26.6 percent. Ferd\u2019s return on its real estate portfolio was 11.4 percent. Ferd External Managers generated a total return of 16.5 percent (in NOK terms) on its mandates.
