We have produced the following principles for our ownership of listed companies at which Ferd has board representation.
Ferd shall create enduring value and leave clear footprints
– Value creation shall take place in accordance with Ferd’s values: Credibility, spirit of adventure, teamwork and long-term view
Ferd shall be a value-adding owner
– We will support the boards and companies to deliver long-term value creation
– We expect companies to comply with the strictest ethical and corporate social responsibility regulations in the interests of all shareholders
Ferd shall be a knowledgeable and constructive owner
– We shall have insight and knowledge but also an open mind
– We work with people, not against people
As an owner, Ferd shall work to look after the interests of the shareholder community
– Ferd will ensure that all shareholders are treated equally
